I just want to say that customer service is what this company is all about. After a not so pleasant 1st experience Mody reached out to me and was professional, courteous, understanding and all around great. I ended up going back to Premium Automative and did a complete tune up on my Ford Ranger. I’m talking about the work! New spark plugs and spark plug wires, fuel system cleaning, radiator flush, etc. I just want to say that all work performed was quality work and in a timely manner. Im a guy who doesn’t get much time off from work and this company is aware of how important a persons car is to them. I just want to say thank you Premium Automotive and Thank you Mody. Great work and I will be going back in the future. To be completely honest I was disappointed in the service provided by this shop. I had gone to other shops in the city and heard of this shop on the radio so decided to give it a chance. I took my vehicle in for some simple maintenance (radiator flush and refill) I ended up paying $200 for this simple maintenance that Walmart provides for half the price. After this I still decided to ask for an estimate to replace my coil connectors on my vehicle. I had previously called Ford and other shops and already had a price in my when walking in. I asked the manager (Guillermo) how much the service would be and he quoted me at over $900! Almost a $1000 dollars. I figured I’d ask why so expensive and wasn’t given any explanation besides that they offer 3 year warranty. I literally drove across the street and had Ford pick up my vehicle and replace the entire wire harness for $450. That’s half what this shop was charging me! People always say don’t take your vehicle to the dealer because they charge so much and the commercial for this shop even states the same thing so I find it very funny that this shop was the one charging way more than the actual dealer. I’m sorry but I was extremely dissapointed in this shop and if they owner would like to contact me in regards to this issue that would be greatly appreciated, but as of right now I will not be going back and would not recommend any person to take their personal vehicle to this shop.

Hi Joseph, Thank you for this important feedback/review,Our mistake was we didn't know there was a harness part for this repair, we were quoting rebuilding the electrical harness and connectors. After we found out there was a harness part available we checked our pricing and it would have been $294.36 grand total for the repair. We do apologize for this bad experience you had but we can assure you that we do shop our competitors pricing and we have a much lower labor rate than the dealerships. Also I can assure you that this won't happen again. We pride ourselves in that we work with our customers with different options when available and work with different budgets for repairs. Virginia said she has been to this business before, but this time they reset everything instead of just resetting the oil light. They did call her and clarified what happened. They helped her reset all of her settings.
