My go-to mechanic for any services needed on my two vehicles. The technicians at Premium Automotive give a thorough check of all parts that are needed and will suggest things that will require service. The constant communications from Joe and Rob are top notch and kept me in the loop throughout my service. Highly recommend taking your vehicles in for service with these guys! PG.

Great service, I was able to get a same day appointment for a prepurchase inspection. They gave a complete check up with a report showing all points of concerns, thank you

Joshua took command and dispatched a tow truck to my stranded 87 yo mother down the street at the RGV H-E-B parking lot when her truck "stopped moving forward"! I searched for an auto repair facility in the area that she called me while sitting at my desk in Houston. Picked this place. Joshua was very professional and communicated clearly throughout the situation. I recommend PSA to all who need service. Also, he is an Astros fans (Go Los Astros!) which goes a long way for an H-Town boy! Thanks Joshua and the mechanics who helped us out!

Went in for a headlight that went out it sounded simple enough. I got an email the next day that parts and labor were gonna be $1,800!!! I called western auto parts and they had the entire headlight assembly which i needed for $320 bucks. These guys wanted $1,500 for labor just to swap a headlight. Never coming back again.

I'D NEVER, EVER GO HERE AGAIN!! This place, Premium Automotive Services, wanted to charge me over $2700 to remove and replace my AC Compressor, Expansion Valve, and Complete AC Evacuation & Recharge for my 2012 Mercedes when it wasn't blowing cold air. In order to get to that $2700+ price, they initially charged me $318 for an evacuation, recharge, and leak pinpointing procedure, which ACTUALLY FIXED my AC. Was blowing cold after that, and NEVER had any AC-related problems whatsoever since, while they still pushed for the repair. How could something that expensive go unnoticed, and why the different diagnoses? One report said the refrigerant was too low, while another report said the compressor pressure was too high.

First time at this car repair shop. Clean environment and friendly staff. My AC was blowing hot in my car. Paid $2,200 for a new AC compressor. Picked up car and drove away and the AC was still blowing hot. Took it back in and they recommended another service of $2,500. Long story short this folks don’t know what they are doing so I left. I will never go back and I will never recommend this shop.
