Joe Muñiz from PAS sent me a text-reminder of my car's service been due, I replied asking if they could do my oil/lube and state inspection and made an appointment only to go over there and find that not only they had never made the appointment, but the clerk said they couldn't do the insection because their permit expired... So taking my car there ended up being a waste of time... TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
