Premium Automotive Services is a business that honors its name! They are premium. The diagnostics are a bit pricey at $149. However, they do a thorough work above and beyond of what you would ever expect. Not even dealerships do this kind of professional diagnostics and labor. I now know everything my car, at 16 years old and purchased new, needs to keep going for 16 more years! The staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and they care about you, your car, and your safety. The ladies in the front office are clear in their communication with the client. My family and I are all very impressed with the diagnostics report that was delivered to my phone. They include pictures of your car so you know what they are referring to in the report. The parts were ordered and the staff often informed me of when they would arrive and when the job would be finished. Today, 10 days later, my car is working very well. On the other hand when I went to the dealership a few weeks before for a different reason, I drove off the parking lot with more problems than I had when I left my car in their hands. Their diagnostics process was nothing like the one here at Premium Automotive Services. Thank you for an excellent job. I will be going back this summer with peace of mind that my car will be in good hands. I recommend this business with a 5 star review.

Called and left my Buick Enclave for oil change and air conditioning checkup. Workload meant leaving it overnight which was not a problem. Picked up the car the next afternoon after the work was explained and was needed. Making an appointment ahead of time would have been smarter, but, I have a second vehicle so no problem. Car was returned clean and ready to go.

Great Quality Auto Repair ..... excellent on-line followup and status of repair. Had Customer installed new calipers, and had bleeding of brake line issues, which Tech diagnosed and performed repair of master cylinder. Happy with their service and Customer Service followup.

Went in for an oil change and a new battery. Service was great, plus photos are emailed to you of every step they take with your vehicle. Beats the dealer service by a mile. Young lady at the front is very friendly and makes you feel welcomed to their business.
