I would absolutely never recommend this place! I had come here 2 years ago because my AC did not work and dropped over $2000 to get it fixed. At the time, I thought it would be okay because of their 3 year warranty. My AC started acting up again with the same issue so I took it back thinking it would be a simple process. They quoted $500 but when they called, the lady told us it would be covered under the warranty. When I got there, it was a horrible experience. They were charging me over $500 to fix the AC that was covered under their supposed warranty! And the worst part is that 2 years ago, I had the same maintenance done as part of the AC repair and it only costed $300! I understand inflation but charging almost double for the same thing in less than 2 years is the opposite of integrity and honesty, something they “claim they are full of”. After getting a second opinion, I also found out that all they did was add more freon which should be inexpensive. To make matters worst, they kept calling and harassing me after I had left to send them a photo of my odometer because THEY forgot to even do that… I will absolutely never be going back. Avoid if you don’t want to get ripped off. They also refused to print me a copy of their warranty they’re so proud of telling people.
