Everyone a Premium Automotive was not only incredibly friendly, they offered the highest standard of customer service I have ever seen. They walked me through step-by-step and took images of every repair. They were administering and offered. I was neither confused, nor lost throughout the entire process from start to finish, they even offered me a loaner vehicle if my car was not ready within a day or two . Best place there is for inspection

The mechanical service was great. The customer service was great too Joe is such a nice guy, but we did have to wait five days without a vehicle just for one tire to be replaced. I understand that you have to order tires since we have an older BMW but with that said five days without a vehicle, it’s just unacceptable for a tire replacement .

I had an Awesome experience, I got exactly what I was hoping to get from these guys. They are very thorough and know their stuff. If your car isn’t brand new they try their best to get you up to date on servicing your vehicle as a whole and will point out services in which your vehicle might be due for.
