I’m new to the state and had to get a state inspection in order to get my car and my sisters car registered. I went online and looked for the nearest place and found Premium Auto Services. I’m glad to have found them, they provided exceptional customer service and provided the inspection service in a very timely manner for the two vehicles. They made the whole process quick and easy, which is something I value as a single working mom; I don’t really have time to wait around. I have to mention that for the literal 20 mins I was waiting there one of the employees came out and kept me informed of where they were at in the process and then they were done! wry impressed. A+ I know it’s just a state inspection but the service they provided definitely convinced me to try them out going forward for all my vehicle needs.

The morning receptionist was very courteous and helpful. Made me feel very comfortable and trustworthy of leaving my vehicle. She even offer me to call a Uber to get home. Taking care of my car needs and making sure I got home was what I call Customer Service. Thank you! Loved the service.
