Several other shops in the area charge a lot less for labor ($170/hr). Called us 2x about a car that wasn't even ours. Took a week to do a basic checkup and then did an expensive sound test to be told they were hopeful that's where the noise was coming from. All in all, wouldn't go back and don't recommend.

Great experience, especially after surviving a nightmare at the Firestone in San Benito. It was very refreshing at how informative and straight forward they are. This place has definitely gain a client. I’m glad to know that my car is in great working order after a thorough diagnosis 😊🥰

Wait time is unacceptable even if you're the first person there

I was very surprised at how quickly they were able to fix my headlight. I was expecting to wait weeks, but it literally took a day. So thankful for that!! They were also very kind and answered all my questions.

The service received from Juan and team at Premium Automotive Services in McAllen was exceptional! Courtesy rides were offered both to and from the shop. Juan kept me updated on my vehicle’s status via text which I appreciated because of my work. He was available by phone when I called with questions. I appreciated the thoroughness in explanation of what work was completed and recommendations for work still needed.
