Traveling into Edinburgh we came into some car trouble. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Diagnostic test was done quickly and staff was very informative on our options. 10/10 would recommend!
Don’t recommend! This place is a total rip off! They charge way to much to check for the issue not only that they also charge to much to get it fix! Literally $700 down the drain just for them to look at the car and tell me what they think is the issue! Waisted my time! Next time tell customers that the fee to check your car is gonna be that much money!
Best service in the valley! They took great care of my corrolla, took pictures & sent updates on every detail of the car. The part for my car took longer than expected, but they provided with additional assistance & were great with communication. Very great & the workers are super friendly! 10/10 would recommend 🚗

Had the best mechanic experience ever. Received text message updates throughout the duration of my vehicle being checked in. They truly offered premier service by setting up a Lyft to get my to and from work while they worked on my vehicle. The job was well done and completed at a fair price. Can’t think of a place that is better run than Premium Auto service. I’ve been to their locations in both McAllen and Edinburg and found them to be dependable, organized, polite, consistent and honest. I highly recommend their services.
